The Supervision Architect Inspector is to ensure that construction projects adhere to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards. This role involves overseeing the construction process, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The Supervision Architect Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of project architectural design, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Supervise construction projects to guarantee adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, design engineers, and contractors, to address discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, recommend corrective actions, and provide guidance to team members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, architectural inspection, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
